It’s not that strange of an idea. Take what you have and build what you need.
In Algeria, a refugee has started building houses out of discarded water bottles. In Colombia they are taking plastic trash and making standard building blocks to build houses and roads. These structures are durable, and cheaper than standard homes.
This is exactly what we need to protect the environment from the plastic scourge, and build a better world.
